Hayley has more than two decades of experience in wealth management and financial advice, most latterly as Research Director of Absolute Financial Management, where she built the paraplanning functions, investment proposition and shaped advice frameworks. She now leads the national paraplanning team and governance of the Centralised Investment Proposition, ensuring robust standards and regulatory alignment.
